GINISANG DILIS SA KAMATIS
Here's my version of GINISANG DILIS SA KAMATIS. This recipe brings me back to my childhood memories as this is my favorite ulam my grandmother cooks everytime I spend summer vacation with them. Please watch the video for full instruction of how to cook it. You may also want to try this and let us know how you like it.
DINAKDAKAN
Please try my own version of DINAKDAKAN. I particularly like making this dish whenever we have some left over lechon kawali from our previous ulam. We filipinos just don't like wasting food. You may also spice it up or down as you wish. A quick YouTube video may help you prepare this dish.
