SUPER EASY CHICKEN TOCINO
Super Easy Chicken Tocino is sweetened cured chicken fillet. This recipe is a simplified version recipe of Chicken Tocino. White vinegar is the popular dipping sauce of Chicken Tocino.
Chicken Tocino is usually a breakfast menu but you can also have it for lunch or dinner. This chicken tocino is best served with fried rice or garlic rice or even java rice and fried egg/sunny-side-up and atchara on the side to make it more fancy.

- 1 kg Chicken Fillet thin slices
- 0.5 cup Brown Sugar
- 0.5 cup Patis
- ¼ cup Sprite or 7-up
- 5 cloves Bawang finely chopped
- 1 pinch salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Tunawin ang asukal sa patis at sprite/7-up.0.5 cup Brown Sugar, 0.5 cup Patis, ¼ cup Sprite or 7-up
- Ihalo ang bawang at salt & pepper to taste.5 cloves Bawang, 1 pinch salt & pepper to taste
- Isama ang manok at haluin.1 kg Chicken Fillet
- I-marinate at least 30 mins bago iluto.
- Iprito ng 2 min each side o i-grill sa katamtamang apoy.
- Ihain ng may kasamang mainit na kanin at sawsawang suka.
