How to cook PINOY STYLE SPAGHETTI CARBONARA:

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Spaghetti Pasta Cooked
  • 200 grams Chicken - boiled shred or cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock pinagpakuluan ng manok
  • 100 grams Bacon cut into small pieces
  • 165 grams Philadelphia or any brand of soft cream cheese
  • 1 medium Sibuyas thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Double Cream or Full Cream
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 2 tbsp Corn Starch o Flour
  • 0.5 tsp Ground White Pepper
  • 1 tsp * Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • *  I-prito ang bacon sa mainit na mantika hanggang sa ma-brown ang bacon.
    100 grams Bacon, 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • * Isama ang sibuyas, haluin hanggang sa maluto.
    1 medium Sibuyas
  • * Ilagay ang Corn Starch at haluin.
    2 tbsp Corn Starch o Flour
  • * Isama ang chicken stock o pinaglagaan ng manok at haluin hanggang sa lumapot.
    1 cup Chicken Stock
  • * Ilagay ang double cream at haluin.
    2 cups Double Cream or Full Cream
  • * Tunawin ang Philadelphia/cream cheese sa fresh milk at isama sa niluluto.
    165 grams Philadelphia or any brand of soft cream cheese, 1 cup fresh milk
  • * Isama ng sliced chicken at lagyan ng paminta at asin ayon sa iyong panlasa.
    200 grams Chicken - boiled, 0.5 tsp Ground White Pepper, 1 tsp * Salt to taste
  • * Pakuluin habang hinahalo sa loob ng 1-2 mins.
  • * Isama ang cooked spaghetti pasta.
    500 grams Spaghetti Pasta

Pinoy Style Spaghetti Carbonara Storage and Reheating Instruction:

  • Store Pinoy Style Spaghetti Carbonara  in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
  • Reheat in a covered pan in moderate heat and boil with small amount of water for 3 mins before serving.
  • Microwave reheating instruction: Reheat in a microwave safe dish for 3 mins in full power.
  • Make sure food is pipping hot before serving.
