BEEF MAMI

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Beef Brisket thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 pc medium-sized Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Beef Stock or Beef Cube (optional)
  • 6 cups Water
  • 400 grams Egg Noodles cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 cup Chinese Cabbage chopped
  • 2 pcs Eggs hard-boiled
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Saute garlic and onion until tender and fragrant.
    3 tbsp cooking oil, 4 cloves Garlic, 1 pc medium-sized Onion
  • Add in beef brisket and season with salt and pepper. Cook until edges are lightly browned.
    500 grams Beef Brisket, salt and pepper
  • Pour in the water & broth and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until beef becomes tender.
    6 cups Water, 1 cup Beef Stock or Beef Cube
  • Place egg noodles in a bowl and top with chopped cabbage and boiled egg(cut in half).
    400 grams Egg Noodles, 1 cup Chinese Cabbage, 2 pcs Eggs
  • Pour in broth and add beef on top before serving.
