Ingredients
- 500 grams Beef Brisket thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 pc medium-sized Onion chopped
- 1 cup Beef Stock or Beef Cube (optional)
- 6 cups Water
- 400 grams Egg Noodles cooked according to package instructions
- 1 cup Chinese Cabbage chopped
- 2 pcs Eggs hard-boiled
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Saute garlic and onion until tender and fragrant.3 tbsp cooking oil, 4 cloves Garlic, 1 pc medium-sized Onion
- Add in beef brisket and season with salt and pepper. Cook until edges are lightly browned.500 grams Beef Brisket, salt and pepper
- Pour in the water & broth and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until beef becomes tender.6 cups Water, 1 cup Beef Stock or Beef Cube
- Place egg noodles in a bowl and top with chopped cabbage and boiled egg(cut in half).400 grams Egg Noodles, 1 cup Chinese Cabbage, 2 pcs Eggs
- Pour in broth and add beef on top before serving.
