Ingredients
- 800 grams Chicken cut into bite-sized pieces
- 500 grams Pork cut about 1.5 X 1-inch
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 leaf Bay Leaves teared
- 6 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper whole
- 1 pc Chicken Cube optional
- 1 cup Water
- 4 small Potatoes - optional quartered & fried
Instructions
- Combine Pork meat with Vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaves, garlic, salt, black pepper and mix. Let pork marinate in the mixture for at least 30 mins.500 grams Pork, 1/2 cup Vinegar, 1/2 cup Soy Sauce, 2 leaf Bay Leaves, 6 cloves Garlic, 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- Place marinated pork into a pot with chicken cube and water and simmer in low-medium heat for 20 mins stirring occasionally.500 grams Pork, 1 pc Chicken Cube, 1 cup Water
- Add in chicken pieces at the bottom of the pan and simmer for 15-17 mins stirring occasionally.800 grams Chicken
- Adjust the taste before serving. Serve with fried potatoes on top -optional.1 tsp Salt, 4 small Potatoes - optional

Chicken & Pork Adobo Storage and Reheating Instruction:
- Store in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
- Reheat in a covered pan in moderate heat and boil with small amount of water for 3 mins before serving.
