FILIPINO STYLE CHICKEN CURRY

Filipino Style Chicken Curry is catered especially for the local’s taste bud. It is mild to the delicate Pinoy’s taste buds and incorporated with the native Pinoy ingredient coconut milk. 

This is my go-to recipe for my Ginataang Manok leftovers as my children don’t like to eat leftovers. I only dilute curry powder in a small amout of water and add it to the Ginataang Manok leftovers and boil for a few minutes, and I instantly made a new dish, a Filipino Style Chicken Curry out of the leftovers. But you can always make Filipino Style Chicken Curry from scratch.

This dish is best served with boiled rice.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 k Manok hiwain ng maliliit -bite size
  • 2 small Patatas hatiin sa apat
  • 1 med Sibuyas hiwain ng manipis
  • 5 pcs Bawang pino
  • 1 pc Chicken Cube
  • 0.5 tsp Paminta durog
  • 2 tbsp Patis
  • 2 cups Gata
  • 5 tsp Curry Powder dagdagan ayon sa iyong panlasa

Instructions
 

  • Iprito and patatas at i-set aside.
    2 small Patatas
  • Ilagay ang iba pang sangkap sa lutuan at haluin.
    1 k Manok, 1 med Sibuyas, 5 pcs Bawang, 1 pc Chicken Cube, 0.5 tsp Paminta, 2 tbsp Patis, 2 cups Gata, 5 tsp Curry Powder
  • Iluto sa katamtamang apoy sa loob ng 25 mins, haluin manakanaka.
  • Isama ang patatas 2 mins bago maluto.

  • Ihain ng may kasamang mainit na kanin.
