COFFEE JELLY

Coffee Jelly is dessert in the Philippines that is created by coffee enthusiast for the coffee lovers. It’s made up of coffee flavored gelatin mixed with a mixture of thick cream and condensed milk.  

It’s very easy to make and only requires few ingredients that can easily found in your panrty.

How to make COFFEE JELLY:

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1 pack Unflavored Gulaman
  • 500 ml Double Cream or Heavy Cream double cream o heavy cream
  • 1 can Gatas na Malapot condensed milk

Instructions
 

  • Gumawa ng gulaman : Maglagay ng 2 kutsarang tinunaw na instant coffee sa unflavored gulaman power at iluto ayon sa instruction ng pakete ng gulaman. Palamigin at hiwain pakudrado.
    2 tbsp instant coffee, 1 pack Unflavored Gulaman
  • Sa isang bowl, paghaluin ang cream at gatas na malapot(condensed milk).
    500 ml Double Cream or Heavy Cream, 1 can Gatas na Malapot
  • Isama ang hinati-hating gulaman na may coffee flavor at palamigin sa refrigerator bgo ihain.

Coffee Jelly Storage Instructions:

  • Store in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
