MANGO FLOAT

Mango Float is constructed with layers of ladyfingers or graham crackers, whipped cream, and condensed milk, and it is topped with ripe carabao mangoes. Before it is served, it is let to chill in the refrigerator for a few hours; alternatively, it can be frozen to get the consistency of ice cream.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Graham Crackers - 250 gms
  • 500 ml All Purpose Cream alternatives - Double Cream or Whipping Cream
  • 1 can Gatas na Malapot o Condensed Milk
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Manggang Hinog - sliced

Instructions
 

  • Gumamit ng hand mixer o balloon whisk pra maging thick ang texture ng all purpose cream o hanggang sa mag doble ang size ng all purpose cream.
    500 ml All Purpose Cream
  • Isama ang gatas na malapot at vanilla sa cream at ihalo o i-fold ito sa cream gamit ang spatula o sandok.
    1 can Gatas na Malapot o Condensed Milk, 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • Ihanay ang graham crackers sa lalagyan. Maglagay ng cream sa ibabaw ng graham crackers at magsalansan ng mangga sa ibabaw ng cream.
    1 pack Graham Crackers - 250 gms, 2 cups Manggang Hinog
  • Ipagpatuloy ang pag-layer ng graham crackers, cream at mangga hanggang sa mapuno ang lalagyan. Maglagay ng dinurog na graham crackers sa ibabaw.
  • Lagyan ng takip ang lalagyan at ilagay sa refrigerator sa loob ng 6 oras o magdamag bago ito ihain pra siguradong masipsip ng graham crackers ang lasa ng cream at mangga.
