Equipment

  • 1 Wax Paper Pambalot sa longganisa.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ k Pork Giniling
  • cup Browm Sugar
  • ½ cup Patis
  • 2 tbsp Bawang - finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp Paminta - durog
  • 2 tbsp Mantika
  • ½ tsp Atchuete Powder or Red Food Color - optional

Instructions
 

  • Tunawin ang asukal sa patis. Isama ang atchuete or food color(optional), bawang at paminta. Haluin at pisa-pisain ang bawang habang hinahalo.
    ⅓ cup Browm Sugar, ½ cup Patis, 2 tbsp Bawang, ½ tsp Atchuete Powder or Red Food Color, ¼ tsp Paminta
  • Isama ang giniling at haluing mabuti.
    ½ k Pork Giniling
  • Ilagay sa refrigerator sa loob ng 1-2hr para mamarinate.
  • Maglagay ng 2 kutsarang longganisa mixture sa wax paper o foil at pagulungin sa plato para magpormang longganisa.
  • I-prito sa 2 tbsp mantika sa mahinang apoy hanggang sa maluto.
  • Serve hot with fried rice & fried egg.

Skinless Longganisa Storage and Reheating Instructions:

  • Store in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
  • Reheat in a covered pan on moderate heat and boil with a small amount of water(2 tbsp water/pc) for 3 mins until all liquid has been fully absorbed.
  • Microwave reheating instruction: Reheat in a microwave-safe dish for 3 mins at full power.
  • Make sure the food is piping hot before serving.
