Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Bangus - linisin, kaliskisan at putulin sa apat
  • 5 baso Tubig
  • 1 med Sibuyas - hatiin at pag-apatin
  • 2 pcs Kamatis - hatiin sa apat
  • ½ tsp Asin
  • 1 bungkos Kangkong
  • 1 cup Labanos - talupan at hiwain pa-diagonal
  • 1 pc Talong - hiwain pa-diagonal
  • 1 cup Sitaw o Greean Beans
  • 6 pcs Okra
  • 2 tbsp Patis
  • ½ sachet Sinigang Mix

Instructions
 

  • Pakuluan ang tubig sa isang lutuan. Ilagay ang sibuyas, kamatis at asin. Pakuluan ng 3 mins.
    1 med Sibuyas, 2 pcs Kamatis, 5 baso Tubig, ½ tsp Asin
  • Isama ang bangus at pakuluan ng 5 mins.
    ½ kg Bangus
  • Isama ang labanos, sitaw, okra at talong. Pakuluan  ng 6 mins.
    1 cup Labanos, 1 cup Sitaw o Greean Beans, 6 pcs Okra, 1 pc Talong
  • Lagyan ng Sinigang mix at patis. Haluin.
    ½ sachet Sinigang Mix, 2 tbsp Patis
  • Isama ang kangkong at pakuluan ng 1 min.
    1 bungkos Kangkong
  • Tikman at i-adjust ang asim at alat ayon sa iyong panlasa.
  • Ihain ng mainit.

Sinigang na Bangus Storing and Heating Instructions:

  • Store in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
  • Reheat in a covered pan in moderate heat and boil with small amount of water for 3 mins before serving.
  • Microwave reheating instruction: Reheat in a microwave safe dish for 3 mins in full power.
  • Make sure food is pipping hot before serving.
