How to cook BEEF BROCCOLI:

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch divided
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 kg Beef Sirloin or Flank Steak cut into thin 1-inch pieces
  • 1 small Onion slice thinly
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets blanched
  • 1 dash Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Whisk 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 3 tablespoons water and sesame oil. Add in beef and mix until well combined.
    3 tablespoons Cornstarch, 2 tablespoons Water, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1/2 kg Beef Sirloin or Flank Steak
  • Sautè onions and garlic, add beef and mic together for 1 min.
    1 small Onion, 1 tbsp Garlic
  • Add soy sauce and simmer for 15 min in low heat.
    1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • Add bricolli and a dash of ground black pepper to taste.
    2 cups Broccoli Florets, 1 dash Ground Black Pepper
  • Dissolve the remaining tbsp cornstarch in 2 tbsp water and add in the pan and mix.
  • Mix and turn heat off when sauce thickened and transfer to a serving plate

Beef Broccoli Storing and Heating Instructions:

  • Store Beef Broccoli in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
  • Reheat in a covered pan in moderate heat and boil with small amout of water for 3 mins before serving.
  • Microwave reheating instruction: Reheat in a microwave safe dish for 3 mins in full power.
  • Make sure food is pipping hot before serving.
