Whisk 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 3 tablespoons water and sesame oil. Add in beef and mix until well combined.
3 tablespoons Cornstarch, 2 tablespoons Water, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1/2 kg Beef Sirloin or Flank Steak
Sautè onions and garlic, add beef and mic together for 1 min.
1 small Onion, 1 tbsp Garlic
Add soy sauce and simmer for 15 min in low heat.
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
Add bricolli and a dash of ground black pepper to taste.
2 cups Broccoli Florets, 1 dash Ground Black Pepper
Dissolve the remaining tbsp cornstarch in 2 tbsp water and add in the pan and mix.
Mix and turn heat off when sauce thickened and transfer to a serving plate
