BEEF TAPA
Beef Tapa is thinly sliced beef marinated and cooked with lemon/calamansi juice, soy sauce & garlic. Sugar can be added if prefer it a bit sweet.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Beef Sirloin thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 pc Lemon or Calamansi Juice
- 2 tbsp Garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic and black pepper until well combined.1/2 kg Beef Sirloin, 1/2 cup Soy Sauce, 1 pc Lemon or Calamansi Juice, 2 tbsp Garlic, 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- Add beef and massage to fully coat with marinade.
- Fry beef in a medium heat turning each sides until liquid is almost absorbed.
- Add in oil when nearly dried up and continue to cook until meat is lightly browned.2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- Remove from pan and serve with rice.

Beef Tapa Storing and Heating Instructions:
- Store in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
- Reheat in a covered pan in moderate heat and boil with small amount of water for 3 mins before serving.
- Microwave reheating instruction: Reheat in a microwave safe dish for 3 mins in full power.
- Make sure food is pipping hot before serving.
