Beef Sirloin
thinly sliced

Soy Sauce

Lemon or Calamansi Juice

Ground Black Pepper

Cooking Oil
Instructions
Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic and black pepper until well combined.
1/2 kg Beef Sirloin,
1/2 cup Soy Sauce,
1 pc Lemon or Calamansi Juice,
2 tbsp Garlic,
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Add beef and massage to fully coat with marinade.
Fry beef in a medium heat turning each sides until liquid is almost absorbed.
Add in oil when nearly dried up and continue to cook until meat is lightly browned.
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Remove from pan and serve with rice.
