Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Chicken Feet
- 1 ulo Bawang - pino
- 1 med Sibuyas - hiwain ng maninipis
- 2 cups Tubig
- 4 tbsp Suka or Vinegar
- ½ cup Toyo
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 pcs Dahon ng Laurel
- 1 tsp Paminta - buo
- 2 tbsp Mantika
Instructions
- Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas sa katamtamang apoy.1 ulo Bawang, 1 med Sibuyas
- Isama ang dahon ng laurel, paminta at chicken feet at halu-haluin ng 2 mins kasama ang bawang at sibuyas.2 pcs Dahon ng Laurel, 1 tsp Paminta, 1/2 kg Chicken Feet
- Ilagay ang tubig, toyo, oyster sauce at suka. Pakuluin ng 2 mins.2 cups Tubig, ½ cup Toyo, 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce, 4 tbsp Suka or Vinegar
- Pahinaan ang apoy at lagyan ng takip ang lutuan.
- Bayaang kumulo sa mahinang apoy hanggang sa maluto. Halu-haluin manaka-naka at magdagdag ng tubig kung kinakailangan.
- Kapag malambot na ang paa ng manok o humihiwalay na ang laman sa buto, palakasan ang apoy hanggang sa kumonti ang sabaw.
- Lagyan ng mantika at halu-haluin hanggang sa maiga ng bahagya ang sabaw.2 tbsp Mantika
- Ihain ng mainit.
