Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Manok cut into small bite size each
  • 1 small luya - hiwain ng maninipis
  • 2 butil Bawang - pinitpit
  • 1 med Sibuyas - hiwain ng pakudrado
  • 2 pcs Kamatis - hatiin sa apat
  • 2 tbsp Patis
  • 500 ml Tubig
  • 1 pc Chicken Cube
  • 1 cup Sitaw o Green Beans
  • 1 small Labanos - sliced 1/2 inch
  • 1 cup dahon ng malunggay o pechay o kangkong
  • ½ sachet Sinigang Mix ayon sa iyong panlasa

Instructions
 

  • Igisa ang luya, bawang, sibuyas at kamatis.
    1 small luya, 2 butil Bawang, 1 med Sibuyas, 2 pcs Kamatis
  • Isama ang manok at patis, haluhaluin ng mga 2-3 mins.
    ½ kg Manok, 2 tbsp Patis
  • Ilagay ang tubig at ilagay ang chicken cube, takpan at pakuluin ng 20 mins.
    500 ml Tubig, 1 pc Chicken Cube
  • Isama ang labanos at takpan, pakuluan ng 3-4 mins.
    1 small Labanos
  • Isama ang sitaw o green beans at pakuluan ng 3 mins.
    1 cup Sitaw o Green Beans
  • I sama ang malunggay, petchay o kangkong, haluhaluin at pakuluan ng 1 mins.
    1 cup dahon ng malunggay o pechay o kangkong
  • Ilagay ang kalahating sachet ng sinigang mix at haluhaluin, pakuluan ng 1 min.
    ½ sachet Sinigang Mix
  • Ihain ng may kasamang mainit na kanin at sawsawang patis at hiniwang sili.
