ADOBONG PUSIT
Adobong Pusit is prepared using the well-known adobo technique that is common in the Philippines. The squid is sautéed with garlic, onions, soy sauce and vinegar that creates an amazing array of tastes that are guaranteed to excite your taste buds.
How to coo ADOBONG PUSIT:
Ingredients
- ½ kg Pusit
- ½ cup Toyo
- 2 tbsp Suka
- 3 butil Bawang - crushed
- 1 med Sibuyas - hiwain ng manipis
- 1 pich Paminta - durog
- 2 tbsp Mantika
Instructions
- Alisin ang mata ng pusit sa gitna ng galamay sa ulo ng pusit. Hugasan at tanggalin ang plastic sa loob ng katawan ng pusit.
- Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas sa katamtamang apoy.3 butil Bawang, 1 med Sibuyas, 2 tbsp Mantika
- Lagyan ng paminta at toyo.1 pich Paminta - durog, ½ cup Toyo
- Ilagay ang suka at pakuluin ng 2-3 min. Huwag haluin habang pinakukuluan ang suka.2 tbsp Suka
- Isama ang pusit, takpan at pakuluan sa mahinang apoy - 20mins. Lagyan ng konting tubig kung gusto ng may sabaw.½ kg Pusit
- Tikman at i-adjust ang alat ayon sa iyong panlasa.
- Serve with rice.
Storing and Heating Instructions:
- Store in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
- Reheat in a covered pan in moderate heat and boil with small amount of water for 3 mins before serving.
- Microwave reheating instruction: Reheat in a microwave safe dish for 3 mins in full power.
- Make sure food is pipping hot before serving.
