FRUIT SANDWICH
FRUIT SANDWICH is a sandwich filled with fresh fruit and whipped cream between two super soft and sweet slices of brioche loaf bread. This sandwich is originated from Japan called FRUIT SANDO made with fresh fruits, whipped cream & Japanese milk bread.
Ingredients can be changed to seasoned fruit or canned fruit. This is definitely the new trend this Christmas for Family Reunion, Corporate Party, Class Reunion and Christmas Party.

Ingredients
- 4 pcs Fresh Strawberries wash, remove core & pat dry
- 1 pc Fresh Kiwi cut off both ends, peel and pat dry
- ½ pc Fresh Orange peel off each segment wall and pat dry
- ½ pc Fresh Banana
- 6 pcs Green Grapes washed & pat dry
- 4 slices Brioche Loaf Bread or Japanese milk bread
- 1 cup Double Cream or heavy whipping cream
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Rum or Vanilla Essence -optional
Instructions
- Whisk cream on low speed until it becomes bubbly.1 cup Double Cream
- Add sugar and rum or vanilla (optional) and start whisking on medium-high speed until it reach soft to medium stiff stage.4 tbsp Sugar, 1 tsp Rum or Vanilla Essence
- Spread the cream to both sides of the bread.4 slices Brioche Loaf Bread
- Arrange fruits diagonally and add cream to fill in any gap between fruits.4 pcs Fresh Strawberries, 1 pc Fresh Kiwi, ½ pc Fresh Orange
- Put the second slice of bread over the fruits.
- Cling wrap each sandwich tightly and keep them in the chiller for 10 minutes or until cream becomes a bit stable.
- Gently press down the sandwich and cut in half.
- Serve and immediately.
