Ingredients
- 2 cans Coconut Milk
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 1 can Condensed Milk
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 1 can Small Can Corn Kernel drained
- 1 cup Cornstarch
- ½ cup Water
Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and sugar in a pan. Bring to a gentle boil stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved.2 cans Coconut Milk, 1 can Evaporated Milk, 1 can Condensed Milk, ¾ cup Sugar
- Add corn and continue to cook for about 2 to 3 minutes1 can Small Can Corn Kernel
- Mix cornstarch in water and gently add cornstarch mixture into milk mixture, whisking vigorously to prevent lumps. Mix constantly until mixture thickens to a thick paste.1 cup Cornstarch, ½ cup Water
- Transfer mixture into a greased dish, smoothing top with a lightly oiled spatula or spoon.
- Allow to cool and top with grated cheese.
