Combine coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and sugar in a pan. Bring to a gentle boil stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved.
2 cans Coconut Milk, 1 can Evaporated Milk, 1 can Condensed Milk, ¾ cup Sugar
Add corn and continue to cook for about 2 to 3 minutes
1 can Small Can Corn Kernel
Mix cornstarch in water and gently add cornstarch mixture into milk mixture, whisking vigorously to prevent lumps. Mix constantly until mixture thickens to a thick paste.
1 cup Cornstarch, ½ cup Water
Transfer mixture into a greased dish, smoothing top with a lightly oiled spatula or spoon.
Allow to cool and top with grated cheese.
