Ingredients
- ½ kg Pork cut into thin slices
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice or calamansi juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate pork in the garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and salt and pepper for at least 1 hour.4 cloves Garlic, ¼ cup Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 tsp Sugar, 1 pinch Salt and Pepper, ½ kg Pork
- Heat oil over low to medium heat.2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- Add-in the pork and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until pork is tender and lightly browned.
- Transfer to a serving plate or serving tray. Serve and enjoy!
Storage and Reheating Instructions for leftover Pork Tapa:
- Store in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
- Reheat in a covered pan on moderate heat and boil with a small amount of water for 3 mins until liquid is fully absorbed, add 1 tbsp cooking oil and toss in a pan for 1 min before serving.
- Microwave reheating instruction: Reheat in a microwave-safe dish for 3 mins at full power.
- Make sure the food is piping hot before serving.
