How to cook PORK TAPA:

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Pork cut into thin slices
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice or calamansi juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Marinate pork in the garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and salt and pepper for at least 1 hour.
    4 cloves Garlic, ¼ cup Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 tsp Sugar, 1 pinch Salt and Pepper, ½ kg Pork
  • Heat oil over low to medium heat.
    2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • Add-in the pork and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until pork is tender and lightly browned.
  • Transfer to a serving plate or serving tray. Serve and enjoy!

Storage and Reheating Instructions for leftover Pork Tapa:

  • Store in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
  • Reheat in a covered pan on moderate heat and boil with a small amount of water for 3 mins until liquid is fully absorbed, add 1 tbsp cooking oil and toss in a pan for 1 min before serving.
  • Microwave reheating instruction: Reheat in a microwave-safe dish for 3 mins at full power.
  • Make sure the food is piping hot before serving.
