Pork
cut into thin slices

Cooking Oil

Garlic

Soy Sauce

Lemon Juice
or calamansi juice

Sugar

Salt and Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Marinate pork in the garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and salt and pepper for at least 1 hour.
4 cloves Garlic,
¼ cup Soy Sauce,
2 tbsp Lemon Juice,
1 tsp Sugar,
1 pinch Salt and Pepper,
½ kg Pork
Heat oil over low to medium heat.
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Add-in the pork and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until pork is tender and lightly browned.
Transfer to a serving plate or serving tray. Serve and enjoy!
