Ingredients
- ½ kg Pork - hiwain ng maliliit
- 2 butil Bawang - pino
- 1 med Sibuyas - hiwain ng maliliit
- 1 pc Ginger - hiwain ng pino
- ½ cup Bagoong
- 2 cups Gata
- 4 pcs Siling Haba - sliced
- 2 pcs Siling Labuyo - sliced
- 1 pinch Asin at Paminta
Instructions
- Igisa ang bawang, sibuyas at luya.2 butil Bawang, 1 med Sibuyas, 1 pc Ginger
- Isama ang pork at bagoong at lagyan paminta. Halu-haluin at isangkutsa 3-5 mins.½ kg Pork, ½ cup Bagoong, 1 pinch Asin at Paminta
- Isama ang gata, takpan at pahinain ang apoy. I-simmer sa loob ng 30 mins, haluin manaka-naka.2 cups Gata
- Ilagay ang sili at haluin. Pakuluan sa mahinang apoy ng 2 mins.4 pcs Siling Haba, 2 pcs Siling Labuyo
- Ihain na may kasamang mainit na kanin.
