How to cook BICOL EXPRESS:

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Pork - hiwain ng maliliit
  • 2 butil Bawang - pino
  • 1 med Sibuyas - hiwain ng maliliit
  • 1 pc Ginger - hiwain ng pino
  • ½ cup Bagoong
  • 2 cups Gata
  • 4 pcs Siling Haba - sliced
  • 2 pcs Siling Labuyo - sliced
  • 1 pinch Asin at Paminta

Instructions
 

  • Igisa ang bawang, sibuyas at luya.
    2 butil Bawang, 1 med Sibuyas, 1 pc Ginger
  • Isama ang pork at bagoong at lagyan paminta. Halu-haluin at isangkutsa 3-5 mins.
    ½ kg Pork, ½ cup Bagoong, 1 pinch Asin at Paminta
  • Isama ang gata, takpan at pahinain ang apoy. I-simmer sa loob ng 30 mins, haluin manaka-naka.
    2 cups Gata
  • Ilagay ang sili at haluin. Pakuluan sa mahinang apoy ng 2 mins.
    4 pcs Siling Haba, 2 pcs Siling Labuyo
  • Ihain na may kasamang mainit na kanin.
