Ingredients
- ½ kg Lechon - bite size cut
- 3 butil Bawang minced
- 1 med Sibuyas - hiwain ng manipis
- 1 tbsp Suka
- 1 cup Mang Tomas
- ½ cup Tubig
- 1 pinch Asin at Paminta to taste
Instructions
- Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas.3 butil Bawang, 1 med Sibuyas
- Isama ang mang tomas, tubig at suka. Pakuluin in 2-3 min sa mahinang apoy. Huwag hahaluin habang pinakukuluan ang suka.1 cup Mang Tomas, ½ cup Tubig, 1 tbsp Suka
- Isama ang lechon, takpan ang lutuan at palambutin ang lechon sa mahinang apoy sa loob ng 10mins. Haluin manaka-naka.½ kg Lechon
- Tikman at lagyan ng asin at paminta, i-adjust ang alat, asim at tamis ayon sa iyong panlasa. Maaaring magdagdag ng asukal kung gusto ng medjo mas matamis ang lasa.
- Serve with rice.
