Ingredients
- ½ k Pork Ribs
- 5 cups Tubig
- 1 med Sibuyas - hiwain ng medyo makapal
- 1 pc Pork Cube
- 1 cup Labanos - hiwain ng patahiris
- 1 cup Okra
- 1 cup Sitaw o Green Beans - putulin ng approx 3 inches
- 2 pcs Pechay - putulin ang 1 inch mula sa puno
- 1 sachet Sinigang Mix o sabaw ng pinakuluang kamias/sampalok na dinurog at sinala
Instructions
- Pakuluan ng 20 mins ang ribs sa 5 cups na tubig, sibuyas at pork cube sa may takip na lutuan. Alisin ang namumuong dumi na lumulutang sa pinakukuluang karne.½ k Pork Ribs, 5 cups Tubig, 1 med Sibuyas, 1 pc Pork Cube
- Isama ang labanos, okra at sitaw. Haluin at pakuluan sa katamtamang apoy sa loob ng 4 mins o hanggang sa maluto ang mga gulay.1 cup Labanos, 1 cup Okra, 1 cup Sitaw o Green Beans
- Ilagay ang 1/2 sachet ng Sinigang Mix o pinaglagaan ng kamias/sampalok.1 sachet Sinigang Mix
- Isama ang pechay at pakuluin ng 1 min at haluin.2 pcs Pechay
- Tikman at i-adjust ang asim at alat ayon sa iyong panlasa.
- Ihain habang mainit na may sawsawang patis (at ginayat na siling labuyo-kung gustong medyo maanghang).
Pork Ribs Sinigang Storage and Reheating Instructions:
- Store in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
- Reheat in a covered pan on moderate heat and boil with a small amount of water for 3 mins before serving.
- Microwave reheating instruction: Reheat in a microwave-safe dish for 3 mins at full power.
- Make sure the food is piping hot before serving.
