Ingredients
  

  • 1 k Pork - manipis na hiwa
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¾ cup Patis
  • 6 butil Bawang - pino
  • 1 tbsp Toyo seasoning
  • ½ cup Pineapple Juice
  • tsp Paminta - durog
  • ½ tsp Atchuete or red Food Color - optional

Instructions
 

  • Tunawin ang asukal sa patis, toyo seasoning at pineapple juice.
    ¾ cup Brown Sugar, ¾ cup Patis, 1 tbsp Toyo seasoning, ½ cup Pineapple Juice
  • Isama ang bawang at paminta (at atchuete o food color-optional).
    6 butil Bawang - pino, ⅓ tsp Paminta - durog
  • Isama ang sliced pork at haluing mabuti.
    1 k Pork
  • I-marinate ng 2hrs o ideally overnight.
  • Iprito ng bahagya sa mahinang apoy na may kaunting mantika (2-3 mins each side o hanggang sa maluto).
  • Serve with sinangag at fried egg.
