Scatter onions and green bell pepper in the bottom of the pan.
6 pcs Chicken Thigh, 2 med Onion, 1 pc Green Bell Pepper, 4 tbsp Tomato Paste, 1.5 tsp Salt, 1.5 cup Water
Sprinkle salt and add in tomato paste.
Place chicken on top and add in water.
Boil and simmer in low heat for 30 mins.
Add in potato slices & carrots, stir and simmer for 5 mins.
1.5 small Potato, 1.5 med Carrot
Add frozen peas, stir and conitue to simmer until peas are cooked.
0.5 cup Frozen Peas
Serve hot with boiled rice.
