Mix soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and sesame oil until sugar have dissolved, add beef in and massage thoroughly.
1/2 kg Beef Sirloin, 1/2 teaspoon Sugar, 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce, 2 teaspoons Cornstarch, 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Sautè onions and garlic until onion softens.
1 med Onion, 2 cloves Garlic
Add in blackbean sauce and beef and mix thoroughly preventing beef to stick to the pan.
1 tablespoon Blackbean Sauce, 1/2 kg Beef Sirloin
Add water and bring to boil. Simmer for 20 mins and add
1/2 cup Water, 1 med Bell Pepper
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and transfer to a serving plate.
1 pinch Salt, 1 dash Ground Black Pepper
