Instructions
Cook rice with coconut milk in low heat until it reduced in water.
2 cups Glutinous Rice,
4 cups Coconut Milk
Add sugar, salt and star anise and mix until it completely dried up and becomes very sticky.
1.5 cups Brown Sugar,
0.5 tsp Salt,
0.5 pc Star Anise
Place biko in a serving dish and flatten.
Serve with latic or roasted desiccated coconut.
