How to cook CHICKEN BARBECUE:

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Chicken Fillet - thin sliced
  • 3 butil Bawang - pino
  • ½ cup Toyo
  • 4 tbsp Banana Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt & Pepper to taste
  • ½ pc Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Pagsama-samahin ang mga sangkap, haluin at i-marinate ang manok ng at least 30 mins bago ihawin.
    ½ kg Chicken Fillet, 3 butil Bawang, ½ cup Toyo, 4 tbsp Banana Ketchup, 2 tbsp Brown Sugar, 1 pinch Salt & Pepper to taste, ½ pc Lemon
  • Tuhugin ang manok sa bamboo stick.
  • Ihawin o i-grill 2 mins each side.
  • Ihain ng may kasamang sawsawang suka at pinitpit na bawang.
