Instructions
Pagsama-samahin ang mga sangkap, haluin at i-marinate ang manok ng at least 30 mins bago ihawin.
½ kg Chicken Fillet,
3 butil Bawang,
½ cup Toyo,
4 tbsp Banana Ketchup,
2 tbsp Brown Sugar,
1 pinch Salt & Pepper to taste,
½ pc Lemon
Tuhugin ang manok sa bamboo stick.
Ihawin o i-grill 2 mins each side.
Ihain ng may kasamang sawsawang suka at pinitpit na bawang.
