Instructions
Saute garlic in butter in moderate heat until fragrant.
10 cloves Garlic
Add prawns and season with salt and pepper.
5 tbsp Butter,
1 pinch Salt & Pepper
Pour in lemon juice.
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Cook until prawns starts to curl and shell becomes bright orange.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with sliced chives.
