How to cook GARLIC BUTTER PRAWNS:

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Prawns medium-sized; unpeeled
  • 10 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 5 tbsp Butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Saute garlic in butter in moderate heat until fragrant.
    10 cloves Garlic
  • Add prawns and season with salt and pepper.
    5 tbsp Butter, 1 pinch Salt & Pepper
  • Pour in lemon juice.
    2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Cook until prawns starts to curl and shell becomes bright orange.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with sliced chives.
