Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Pork - hiwain pa-cube
  • ½ cup Pork Liver - hiwain pa-cube
  • 1 med Onion - cube cut
  • 1 tbsp Garlic - minced
  • 4 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 pc Pork Cube or chicken cube
  • 1 cup Green Bell Pepper
  • ½ cup Patatas - cubed
  • ½ cup Carrot - cubed
  • 2 dahon Laurel - optional
  • 2 tbsp Patis
  • 1 tbsp Toyo
  • ½ tsp Paminta - durog

Instructions
 

  • I-prito ang patatas at carrots hanggang sa maluto at i-set aside.
    ½ cup Patatas, ½ cup Carrot
  • Pagsama-samahin ang natitirang sangkap sa kaserola, haluin, takpan at iluto sa katamtamang apoy sa loob ng 45 mins o hanggang sa maluto. Haluin manakanaka.
    1 kg Pork, ½ cup Pork Liver, 1 med Onion, 1 tbsp Garlic, 4 tbsp Tomato Paste, 1 pc Pork Cube or chicken cube, 1 cup Green Bell Pepper, 2 dahon Laurel, 2 tbsp Patis, 1 tbsp Toyo, ½ tsp Paminta
  • Isama ang piniritong patatas at carrots at haluin. Pakuluan sa loob ng 2 mins at haluin.
  • Serve with rice.
