pancit canton egg noodles

lechon kawali (crispy fried pork belly)
for topping
Instructions
Sautee garlic and onions in cooking oil and sprinkle ground black pepper.
2 tbsp cooking oil,
4 cloves garlic,
1 med onion,
1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
Add in vegetables – carrots, green beans, cabbage and saute for 2 minutes.
0.5 cup green beans,
0.5 cup carrots,
1 cup cabbage
Add in soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir in with vegetables and pour in chicken broth(or chicken cube & 2 cups water) and bring to a boil.
2 tbsp soy sauce,
1 tbsp oyster sauce,
2 cups chicken broth or 1 chicken cube
Add in noodles and mix a few times to ensure it cooks evenly. Continue to stir until all the liquid has dried up and the noodles are cooked.
250 grams pancit canton egg noodles
Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed. Serve with chopped lechon kawali on top.
