Instructions
Pagsama-samahin ang mga sangkap at haluin.
1 kg Pork Belly,
1 med Sibuyas,
5 butil Bawang,
1 tbsp Paminta - buo,
2 dahon Laurel,
¾ cup Toyo,
2 tbsp Suka,
1 pinch salt & pepper to taste
I-marinate ng at least 1 oras.
Haluin, takpan at pakuluan ang mga sangkap sa katamtamang apoy sa loob ng 30-40 mins o hanggang sa maluto. Halu-haluin manaknaka.
Ihain ng may kasamang mainit na kanin.
