Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 k ground pork
  • 100 gms shrimp minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper ground
  • 2 tbsp liquid seasoning
  • 1 med onion minced
  • 1 sml carrot minced
  • 1 pc egg
  • 0.5 cup spring onions minced
  • 30 pcs wonton wrapper

Instructions
 

  • Combine ground pork, minced shrimp, carrots, onion, spring onion, egg, black pepper, liquid seasoning and sesame oil in a bowl and mix to incorporate well.
    0.5 k ground pork, 100 gms shrimp, 1 tsp sesame oil, 0.5 tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp liquid seasoning, 1 med onion, 1 sml carrot, 1 pc egg, 0.5 cup spring onions
  • Scoop 1 tablespoon of the pork mixture and wrap in wonton wrapper. Repeat procedure until all mixture is fully consumed.

  • Steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Serve with soy sauce and chilli oil as dipping sauce.
