How to make KINILAW NA TANIGUE:

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Tanigue fillet - diced
  • 1 med Sibuyas - chopped
  • 2 pcs thumb sized Luya - chopped
  • 4 pcs Siling Labuyo - sliced optional
  • 2 pcs green & red Chilli Peppers - sliced
  • ½ pc Lemon or 5 pcs Kalamnsi - juice
  • 1 cup Suka
  • 1 pinch Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Ilagay ang suka at lemon/kalamansi juice sa isang bowl.
    1 cup Suka, ½ pc Lemon or 5 pcs Kalamnsi - juice
  • Isama ang sibuyas, luya & chilli peppers, asin at paminta. Haluing mabuti hanggang matunaw ang asin.
    1 med Sibuyas, 2 pcs thumb sized Luya, 2 pcs green & red Chilli Peppers, 1 pinch Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Isama ang tanigue at haluin. Tikman at i-adjust ang asim, alat at anghang ayon sa iyong panlasa.
    1/2 kg Tanigue fillet, 4 pcs Siling Labuyo - sliced
