Instructions
Marinate chicken thighs with sprinkle of salt & pepper for at least 20 mins.

In a bowl, mix flour, salt, ground pepper and garlic powder.
1 cup All Purpose Flour,
1 tsp Salt,
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper,
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Beat eggs with milk in a separate bowl.
4 pcs eggs,
1 tbsp milk
Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
1 cup Breadcrumbs
Dip chickens in beaten eggs and rol in the flour mixture coating the whole piece of chicken.
Dip chickens in beaten eggs again and roll it in the bread crumbs coating the whole piece of chicken.
Deep fry (or air fry) chicken in low-medium heat until fully cooked (approx 12-18 /depends to size of chicken thighs).
