Ingredients
  

  • 4 PCS Chicken Thighs
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 4 pcs eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 cups Cooking Oil for deep fry

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken thighs with sprinkle of salt & pepper for at least 20 mins.

  • In a bowl, mix flour, salt, ground pepper and garlic powder.
    1 cup All Purpose Flour, 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper, 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Beat eggs with milk in a separate bowl.
    4 pcs eggs, 1 tbsp milk
  • Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
    1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • Dip chickens in beaten eggs and rol in the flour mixture coating the whole piece of chicken.
  • Dip chickens in beaten eggs again and roll it in the bread crumbs coating the whole piece of chicken.
  • Deep fry (or air fry) chicken in low-medium heat until fully cooked (approx 12-18 /depends to size of chicken thighs).
    2 cups Cooking Oil
