INIHAW NA PUSIT

Ingredients
- 2 pcs Large Pusit - hugasan at alisin ang plastik sa katawan ng pusit at hugutin ang bibig sa gitna ng mga galamay nito
- 3 pcs Kamatis - hiwain ng pa-kwadradong maliliit
- 2 pcs Sibuyas -hiwain ng pa-kwadradong maliliit
- 2 pcs thumb sized Luya - pino
- 3 tbsp Toyo
- 2 tbsp annatto oil
- 4 pcs Kalamansi - pigain
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- ½ tsp Paminta - durog
Instructions
- Ibabad ang pusit sa toyo at lemon/kalamansi - 20 mins2 pcs Large Pusit, 3 tbsp Toyo, 4 pcs Kalamansi
- Pagsama-samahin ang luya, sibuyas, kamatis, oyster sauce at paminta sa isang mangkok at haluin.3 pcs Kamatis, 2 pcs Sibuyas, 2 pcs thumb sized Luya, 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce, ½ tsp Paminta - durog
- Ipalaman ang pinagsama-samang sangkap sa loob ng pusit at ipasok ang ulo ng pusit sa bukana ng katawan ng pusit. Tusukan ng toothpick para hindi maghiwalay ang katawan sa ulo.
- Lagyan ng annatto oil habang iniihaw ang pusit sa loob ng 2 mins sa magkabilang side. Lagyan ulit ng annatto oil at ihawin ng 1 min sa magkabilang side.2 tbsp annatto oil
- Ihain bahang mainit.
